Problem Solution
Water level is too high or low in your commode. Level should be 1/2 inch below top of overflow tube. Bend float arm down to lower water level, up to raise it. If level is too high, water will run over. If too low, water may be inadequate for complete flush.

Water at base of commode on floor. Check supply line at tank and valve packing if dry remove commode replace wax seal.
Vibrating Faucet. Loose washer or stem set. Check water pressure with gauge should be between 60-80 P.S.I.
Water not coming out of faucet strong enough when hot or cold is on. Remove aerator (screen) and clean debris (located at spout)
Frozen Water lines. Be sure to drain out all hose bibs and outside lines before the winter months.
Bubble in washing machine hoses Shut off valve and replace hose. Be sure not to leave hose bibs on all the time.
